“Our rental was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and available. They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Could not have been more pleased with the pricing and value. We were in Cozumel for the 2020 Ironman race. The location of this rental is perfect for this event right between the swim start and first transition.”

“Cool house with plenty of space for friends and family. Not super decked-out and minimal amenities but clean and tidy and comfortable. Great customer service too.”

“We were scheduled to check in on Sun. I received a message on Sat evening that there was electrical issues in the condo and that we would not be able to check in until Tues. They did put us in a hotel that was a block away. It was a basic hotel room so definitely a down grade but I did not see the message until Sun morning and didn't really have any other option at that point. They did offer me a small refund on our stay (at this time I have not seen that refund). The motel was nice enough but...

“Emma responded promptly to our questions and comments. The unit was clean when we arrived, with everything in order. The complex itself was kept spotless by housekeeping and grounds staff. Security was completely effective. All employees were cheerful and friendly.”

“This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...
