Hello That'll teach me to be hospitable... I welcomed you to our Riad at a much later time (1am). Outside the defined arrival times. You were already visibly drunk and woke up the whole RIAD and the other guests. When you left, I found the room in an unfortunately appalling state (bottle of alcohol on the floor, stains on the sheets) and we were forced to throw away the bedding and the toiletries. You had welcomed our breakfast, which seemed to have pleased you throughout your stay… We find it regrettable to leave such a comment on Expedia, without even having informed us. We hope never again to have guests like you in our riad: rude, dirty and disrespectful. And will continue to devote our kindness and hospitality to our future customers.

Thank you for your review about our Riad. We were surprised that you have not appreciated our service. However a Riad in the medina is not a hotel and find his way in the little streets is not easy. Perhaps it was not the right formula for you in function of your expectations. We have simply given advice but the guests remain free to follow them or not. Kind regards
