Personale gentilissimo e cordiale
Riad piccolo ma molto ben curato, posizione strategica ma tranquilla all'interno della Medina. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza, un valido aiuto per organizzare visita alla città e servizi aggiuntivi. Camere spaziose e pulite. Sono stati molto disponibili anche per risolvere un problema con una camera, che ha subito infiltrazioni di pioggia, dovute ad un diluvio pomeridiano, cosa non molto frequente a Marrakech. Da consigliare soprattutto per il personale. Complimenti.

Marrakech quattro giorni molto belli.
L'arrivo si è presentato di cattivo auspicio più di un ora per il controllo passaporto. La navetta che ci doveva portare porta porta non è stata proprio cosi. ci ha lasciati vicini al centro storico (pedonale escluso per i ciclomotori che sfrecciano), secondo me un po troppo cara in rapporto con quanto abbiamo speso per avere a disposizione auto con conducente x una intera giornata per andare a visitare le cascate. purtroppo abbiamo avuto un giorno di pioggia quando siamo andati a visitare la "grande cascata". per gli altri giorni e stato tutto bene llo . i prezzi x i musei o per i palazzi sono molto contenuti. abbiamo cenato 4 sere in ristoranti diversi. il migliore per me è stato el Baraka. ottimo servizio il personale cordiale. uno molto costoso "la maison Arabe". uno mediocre "chez Ibrahim" l'ultimo il caffè arabe (proprietario italiano, molto bello. l'unico fastidio sono coloro che ti vogliono accompagnare che ti chiedono tutti un compenso, che al cambio poi sono pochi spiccioli. La Medina praticamente è un gran bazar. piacevole.

Charmant Riad au cœur de la Médina, au centre des souks et non loin de la place Jeema El Fna. Nous avons été agréablement surprises que la WiFi soit disponible et gratuite dans tout l'etablissemt. Autre point positif le service petit déjeuner, servi tous les matin sur la terrasse couverte du riad, cadre agréable et personnel très sympathique, de plus le petit déjeuner était très copieu et savoureu. Pour les points négatifs: GROS manque d'informations de la part de la réception! si l'on n'est pas vigilant la note peut être salée... Premier constat, on nous facture 3€ de frais de ménage par nuit et par personne ! Somme exorbitante pour un service qui n'était pas à la hauteur. Il faut réclamer des serviettes propres sinon rien ne sera changé durant votre séjour Les bouteilles d'eau vous sont données avec le sourire mais vous sont facturées 3€ Autre soucis rencontré, l'excursion Quad prise via le Riad. Grosse arnaque... Une prestation loin de ce que nous avions demandé et donc un tarif bien trop élevé comparé à d'autres organismes trouvés sur le net. Le choix de passer par le riad nous avait séduit par sa prise en charge (navette + guide + location) mais au final nous nous sommes retrouvées avec un chauffeur à peine aimable qui nous a déposées au milieu du désert d'Agafay dans une cours miserable avec des animaux en souffrance, 5 quads dans un hangard et des hommes parlant à peine l'Anglais ou le Francais... De plus la balade a duré 1h et non 2 comme prevu initialement!

Bonjour, On s'est excusé de votre part pour le mal entendu du Quand, une erreur de communication, vous avez raison que au lieux de 2 quad moniteur et 1 passager, le Monsieur vous a donné trois quad Moniteur. Après au lieux de 2h Vous avez eu 1h !!! On vous a remboursé 20euro du prix, et on vous a expliqué ce qui s'est passée. L'erreur et humaine mais grâce à votre réclamation, on va essayer d'améliorer la communication la prochaine fois, bonne journée à vous Cordialement

Bonjour, Une grosse peine, un client vraiment très décevant, avertis le premier jour du changement du Riad, attendant le jour même du changement pour nous jouer le chantage, en insultant en espagnole, 'des grosses insultes' qui nous ont tous très marqués. Négoçiant bien leur départ, navette gratuite de départ sous la pression, partant à la place Jamaa el fna après vers 23h !!! pour porter plainte à la police pour agression mais quels agressions ' grace à notre facture payer avec tous les détails, le papier signé qu'on a remis, on a réussi de nous en sortir. J'ai jamais aurais imaginer vivre une expérience pareille, après trois ans d'expériences je serais insulter comme des -------, Moi qui voulais toujours atteindre la perfection, j'essaye de faire tous mon possible pour réussir les expériences de mes clients, à la fin je vis un sentiment pareille.

Recomendable pero deben actualizar imagenes
Buen alojamiento situado muy cerca de la plaza Yamaa el Fna. Muy limpio y cómodo. Sin embargo, ahora mismo parece que el Riad original está en reformas, y el edificio es uno anexo. Las habitaciones son como en las fotos, sin embargo el patio es diferente y la piscina también.

Nous avons loger dans un Riad juste à côté de celu que nous avion réservé car ce dernier était en travaux. Nous avons donc eu un Riad privé, le personnel était très sympathique et efficace. Nous avons bénéficié de conseils de la part du personnel et le petit déjeuner était excellent

To be honest, I’m a little mixed on our stay. I expected it to be hard to find but when we finally did, we were told the riad was under construction and were escorted to another riad. We did not get the room that was booked nor did this riad have the features I expected based on all the photos. Since booking I see the photos and descriptions have changed so new guests will not be mislead. The room was fine, however the bed was not as soft as I prefer. The location is easy once you get your bearings. The staff were great with us and very helpful. But other guests had issues that created a disturbance for all inside one evening. This riad is small and very noisy with people in/out. This also impacted sleep. Breakfast was okay but only served 8-10. And by 8, that’s when they start setting up so more like 8;30 before you get food. This caused us to miss one breakfast due to an early tour and we had to inhale our meal to make our other morning tours.

Hi, We are really sorry to what happen such we will try to improve our service, but you know the time to prepare the breakfast is such 15min, but if you need exactly at 08h AM, you can just inform the guid of the night, and he can prepare for you exactly at 08 am you will strat to eat, You know the old Riad have really too much problem that's why we try to improve the quality that's why, we choose for you this riad because is new and all equipement are new also, so hope in two month the right Riad were ready, and we will inform you aas soon as possible. BUYERS BEWARE: FAKE PHOTOS - LITERALLY A HOSTEL
We expected a grand courtyard (pool, nice decor) and a room specified at 38sqm (which was also what I expected from a traditional riad when I stay in Marrakech 10 years ago). When we arrived, we were told that the hotel was "under renovation" (lies). So we were given the "largest" room with one double bed + 1 single bed. It was 12sqm (we brought a measuring tape cos we were trying to buy furniture). There was no place at all to place any suitcase. You can't close the bathroom door cos the single bed was too wide. You can't fully open the main bedroom door cos of the double bed. We demanded hotels.com transfer us to another riad. They couldn't cos we booked "non-refundable" but since I was a GOLD member, they offered a half price voucher. The hotel staff argued it was us who had too much expectations - "We are having renovation so why you don't understand". Their listing never stated they were under renovation. They charge full price. They refused to cancel. Anyway, most hotels used a EUR1=MAD10. These folks have the audacity to convert local taxes / airport pickup / tours at the full exchange. TOTAL CHEATS. The boss owns 2 riads. Riad Ghali's photos were used for this listing instead. For a lot less, you can go to Riad Dar One -- far bigger, grander, better service. This was supposed to be my honeymoon. I cried so hard. On the last she, she rubbed it in by going "Oh we could have transferred you to our other Riad with the big room but we didn't see you." -- ARE YOU SERIOUS??!

This property and the management scammed us. The pictures seen on Expedia and other sites are not of the actual Riad. There is no Spa services or restaurant on site. It's located at a different Riad. There is no 24 hour desk service. Desk clerk leaves at 6pm. Breakfast is from 8-10 not 6 to 11. Beware that the room you book may not be the room they put you in. We booked a four person suite and when we got there was offered two bedrooms on separate floors and was told that our children should sleep on the first floor with us on the second. Also, do not book excursions with this Riad as they have no idea who they are sending you with. We were scammed by the people that took us on the tour to see the waterfall and was told by the clerks at the Riad that the tour guide wasnt theirs and this man was indeed illegal. We were forced to still pay the hotel for the excursion even though we paid the scam artist and when we questioned it, was confronted by management and wasnt allowed to go to the room to check on our children until we paid her. She even threatened to call the police on us if we didnt pay her even tho she still didnt right the wrong for the room situation as we only stayed in one small room where we shared the bed with our children after paying for a suite. We were told by the Riad to talk to Expedia about the issue. Thankfully, we were issued a full refund by Expedia due to this manager scamming and completely disregarding us. BEWARE!!

Wonderful stay at Riad Abaka
Riad Abaka was a wonderful place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and were willing to go to great lengths to accommodate us. The room was comfortable and clean and it was very close to the main square and most of the sights. The only drawback was that the airport shuttle was not free as advertised on hotels.com and the wifi was a little slow but manageable.

Hotel itself was very clean and people working there were nice and helpful (even went for an extra mile with serving the breakfast earlier so that we could catch our flight). Room looked really nice and clean. Location of my room was not the best, since it was all the way down with no windows towards the outside, only towards the inside of the hotel, so it could have a bit more air in it. Location itself is good, in medina, however, it would be difficult to find (we paid 20 dirhams to a local boy to show us, otherwise it would probably be difficult). All those were some small issues, there was only one bigger - our room smelled like urine. Not the bathroom, but the part with beds (I can imagine what happened, but it was not pleasant to sleep there). All in all, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it, just to ask for upper floor rooms :) And i loved the pool area and the chill zone on the roof. Breakfast was also nice.

Nous avons passer 5 jours et 4 nuits dans ce riad. Bien placé au coeur de la Medina, à 5min de la place. Propreté, chambre rangé chaques jours sauf le linge n est pas changé. Charmant avec terrasse, bémol petit dejeuner identique chaques jours... Le plus qui nous est décu la connexion wifi ( tres agassant quand vous voulez vous repérer pour sortir ensuite trouver des lieux différents ou dîner) et le bruit ! car les chambres sont tournées vers le patio vous entendez tout ! Donc réveillé en meme temps que ceux qui déjeune. Cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix car peu cher + petit dej + emplacement. personnel serviable.

Quiet riad conveniently located in medina
Conveniently located riad in the heart of the medina. Although abbot difficult to navigate to at first, it gets easier once you walk around a bit. Located in a quiet corner, the terrace, small pool, and air conditioned room are a wonderful little oasis to return to after a hot day out in Marrakech. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Relaxing Riad stay.
This Riad offered the perfect hideaway from the crazy market square and busy roads. The hosts were amazing, a different breakfast which was lovely. Beds slightly uncomfortable and the information on the pool is misleading as there is only 1 pool and it's a plunge pool which was a bit disappointed as was really looking forward to a morning swim.

Terrible service and staffs
Riad is very beautiful and room is very nice in the quite place. Anyway, the service and staffs are really ruin my holiday. 1) I did reservation for 3 weeks in advance and I requested to stay in room#4 for my stay. This riad replied back and said my request is confirmed. But when I arrived the riad, room #4 was assigned to other people one day before. I have to stay in another room on my first night and change my room to #4 on the second night. 2) On the second day I left my luggage in my room and went out to look around. When I came back at night, I found someone broke zipper of my luggage as see in attached picture. Fortunately, I just locked my luggage with nothing valuable inside. Nothing lost. I informed the riad and only apology received. 3) I did the reservation from expedia with non-refundable rate and I paid in full once I made the reservation. That's mean I do not have to pay more for my stay except the tax. But when I checked out, the staffs at riad said they did not receive the money for my stay and they want me to pay money twice. I refused to pay but they try to hold me half an hour for argument eventough I show my reservation paper stated that room rate was already paid. How can this riad do not know the transaction process with expedia and try to get money from me? This is insane and non-responsible to force customer pay money twice. What's a pitty for such beautiful riad? Other riads are much better service and easy to find.

Nos hemos sentido en el mundo arabe durante un momento. A sido como un viaje al tiempo maravilloso. Muy centrico y ademas con un personal excelente , respetuosos , amables , no hay comparacion , es decir , verdaderamente profesionales . Cuando vielva a Marrakesh ya se que mi Riad es ese .

Das Personal ist durchgängig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Schwächen beginnen, wenn es ernst wird. In Unserem Zimmer ( Nr. 3 ) waren Decke und teilweise die Wände mit Schimmel befallen. Trotz unserer mehrfachen Hinweise ist nichts unternommen worden. Auch der zuerst als völlig problemlos dargestellte Wechsel des Zimmers hat sich als Riesenproblem dargestellt und wurde nicht umgesetzt. Wo sich Bademäntel und Hausschuhe befinden sollen, ist uns nicht klar, der angepriesene Indoor- und Outdoorpool ist Mini-Bassin im Innenhof, insgesamt bei weitem keine 4 Sterne!

Riad très bien situé mais chambres mal insonorisée
Le personnel est très accueillant, le Riad est très bien décoré et bien placé dans la médina. Mais les chambres sont très mal isolées du bruit car les fenêtres donnent sur l'intérieur et certains carreaux ne sont pas vitrés. On entend la sonnerie d'entrée, les gens discuter dans le couloir, les portes des chambres s'ouvrir, puis à 4h30 de la nuit, l'appel à la prière, et à 6h30 le cri des oiseaux dans le patio. Bref ne pas oublier ses boules quiès.
