Riad molto bello e pulito. La padrona di casa molto simpatica e utile nella spiegazione di dove andare e cosa visitare. Ci hanno fornito addirittura di un cellulare in caso di bisogno. Lo consiglio.

Il riad è veramente bello e pulito e la padrona di casa molto gentile e utile nella spiegazione di dove andare e cosa visitare. Ci ha addirittura fornito un cellulare in caso di bisogno. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Servizio eccellente e luogo raffinato
Il riad è davvero raffinato, raccolto ed elegante, con un ottima profumazione. La stanza ayoubbe davvero confortevole ed in particolare evidenzio la gentilezza all'accoglienza e la consegna di un telefono cellulare da utilizzare in caso di bisogno per chiamare il riad. Un vero servizio per chi per la prima volta si reca in questa meravigliosa città. La posizione è altresì molto buona, come pure la colazione che ci è stata preparata di primo mattino per consentirci di arrivare per tempo all'aeroporto.. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a Marrakech, città affascinante. La struttura ben situata, dentro la Medina. Comodi gli spostamenti. Accoglienza ottima, la titolare Laurence ed il suo staff ti mettono subito a tuo agio e forniscono preziosi consigli sulla città e sui relativi usi e costumi... Struttura molto curata e pulita. Esperienza davvero ottima grazie al fascino della città e sicuramente anche da Laurence che con il suo staff ti accoglie in una struttura impeccabile.

Riad Charme d’Orient was a calm and beautiful oasis in the middle of a bustling area. The staff went above and beyond at all times. We ate amazing breakfasts and dinner on the lush and quiet roof deck, and even experienced a luxurious massage. The Riad is walking distance to countless sites, restaurants and souks as well as Jemaa el-Fnaa. The overall decor and cleanliness was exceptional. Highly recommend!

If you want a VIP experience and treatment in Marrakech then I highly recommend this Riad. Breakfast served every morning and it is a feast! They treat everyone with such care we were so sad to leave! A once in a lifetime experience. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further. I want to specially thank the staff for being so wonderful to us during our stay.

From the conversations before we arrived to the welcome and the hospitality, we felt quite at home at Riad Charme d’Orient. Said and his wife were wonderful with us as was his brother Soufiyan. Laurence, the owner, was also very friendly and hospitable. They all made us feel as if we’re being hosted by a lovely family. We came to relax and take each day as it comes and we got just that. We missed it the moment we stepped out!

Everything about this riad was absolutely wonderful! The owner and staff were so kind, courteous and accommodating. From the food to the actual rooms, everything was delicious and wonderfully decorated. Staff was litterally cleaning all day everyday to make sure things were always tidy and comfortable. The hammam and the Massages were top tier! I stayed for a total of 7 days and it was such a relaxing time. It is located so close to everything in the Medina so it made it easy to go to activities. I would highly recommend this riad!

From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were greeted by Laurence and Said who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. What truly set this Riad apart was its exceptional staff. From the attentive concierge to the friendly housekeeping team, every member went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. Their genuine warmth and dedication left a lasting impression, making us feel like cherished guests in a home away from home. If any of you are considering this Riad, you will not regret it! De riad bracht je in een oase van rust. De omgeving was netjes en de mensen vriendelijk. Met 5 minuten lopen was je snel in de drukte. We hebben genoten van de mooie accommodatie. Het personeel probeerde je zoveel mogelijk te ontzorgen, maar als je eenmaal gewend bent aan Marrakech kun je prima zelfredzaam zijn. Wie weet komen we weer terug.

Just had a 4 night stay in Marrakesh which is a vibrant City, with interesting historical sites and souks you could loose yourself in. We spent our time in this tradition Riad inside the Medina walls and within good walking distance of the major sites. Yet set in a quiet street, so you can hide yourself from it all and relax. Our room was lovely with good air conditioning and heating if required, you get a traditional breakfast with the room and can order traditional food if you wish. Though nice places to eat out. The staff our great and always helpful from sorting excursions which we took advantage of and they were all very good. Laurance is your host and is lovely and welcoming. Then there's CouCou the African grey parrot. The Riad has a small plunge pool, Jacuzzi and Herman and massage service on site. All in all if you want a traditional Riad within old Marrakesh I personally don't think you could do better. So I'd book it while you can as this somewhat hidden gem will leave you relaxed and smiling

Laurence and all of the staff at the Riad Charme d Orient are amazing. They are kind, attentive, honest, and helpful. The hospitality that my mom and I received there is unmatched. We felt at home and look forward to returning one day. I would highly recommend a stay there. We truly miss them.

I decided to book this Riad firstly because it looked gorgeous from the photos and because of the fabulous reviews so I had high expectations but even my high expectations were exceeded. The Riad is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was really good and the location is tucked away but within walking distance of the Medina. What really made our trip though was how welcoming and helpful Laurence, Said and Soufiane were. We were made to feel very at home and looked after. Marrakech is a crazy place but the Riad is a lovely tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Best hotel we ever stayed in
We stayed at the riad for our honeymoon for a week. This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. And we didn’t want to leave! The riad is beautiful and sparkling clean. Just by entering you can smell rose scent. The breakfast is delicious and beautifully arranged. There are not many rooms in the riad, so feels like we own the entire place. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They gave us many great suggestions of where to eat and shop. They also arranged transport, laundry, tour, and massage/Hamman for us. It’s a bit challenging to arrange the trip in Marrakech, but the hotel staff made our trips so smooth and perfect! The hotel helped us to book us an Atlas mountain tour. We got to meet so many locals, went to a traditional Berber market, had tea at locals home. It was so fun and authentic (Pro tips do this tour on Friday so you can see the Berber market) Staying at the hotel is definitely the highlight of our trip! Everything exceeded our expectations. We didn’t wanna leave the riad at all.

Un excellent accueil avec une superbe équipe professionnelle aux petits soins avec les clients. Un repas excellent tajine berbère et tajine à l’agneau cuisinées à la marocaine . De bons petits déjeuners des massages de qualité bref tout pour faire de notre court séjour un séjour qu’on n’oubliera pas. Merci à Laurence et Alain les hôtes et à toute leur équipe Saïd Sofiane et les 3 dames pour leurs conseils ils ont tous contribuer à nous faire plaisir et à profiter de notre séjour. We can't thank Laurence, Said, Soufiane, Asnah and Fatima enough for their warm welcome, standard of service and friendly companionship from the moment we got out of the taxi which they arranged for our airport collection. The accommodation in the Riad was impeccable with authentic attention to detail. Stepping from the busy Marrakech streets into this little paradise is such an experience which we highly recommend. The staff made us feel at ease, gave us great local information and cared for us in a way the large hotels can't accommodate. If you want to see Marrakech and experience the Moroccan vibe then start at the Riad Charme D'Orient!

Our stay was exceptional. The most beautiful accomodation I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond for everything. By the end of our stay we were hhugging and kissing Laurence and Said, it felt like family. The riad was extremely clean and welcoming. It was my daughters birthday during our stay and they decorated our room for her. It was very special and thoughtful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to anything you need to visit. I highly recommend this riad for anyone wanting to visit Marrakech. The next time I visit Marrakech I will absolutely stay here again.

If I could grant 6 stars, this would be the one time in my life I would do it! Marrakesh was the most magical experience of our lives, and we have Riad Charme d'Orient to thank for that. We felt like family from the moment we walked into the Riad. Laurence and her team made us feel like relatives, and we looked forward to their smiles each evening on return from exploring the medina. We have been fortunate enough to visit over 40 countries, and have never felt hospitality this incredible. Everything about the Riad was top notch; beyond exceptional- the food, the beauty, and of course the people. Most of all, we felt safe. We look forward to returning someday, and in spreading the good word about this incredible place, and this wonderful city.

The facility is very well maintained, quite beautiful and in a great location. Easy to walk to the surrounding must-sees. The team there goes out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your holiday and are very helpful with planning excursions and recommending restaurants. If I ever visit the area again I would plan to stay here!

The staff at Riad Charme d'Orient deserve special commendation for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. From our arrival, right through to looking after us on our last day every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their local insights and recommendations added a personal touch to our Marrakesh experience. The rooms were a true sanctuary, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the intricately designed tiles to the plush bedding. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace — a tranquil spot to unwind after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Marrakesh. Riad Charme d'Orient offers not just accommodation but an immersive experience into the rich culture of Marrakesh. Its convenient location allowed us to explore the historic sites, vibrant souks, and local eateries with ease.

Excellent Riad with great service
Beautiful Riad very well located with excellent service. I spent 2 nights in Oct 2023. Laurence, the manager, welcomed me on the curb where the taxi trasfer from the airport - she had previously arranged for me - dropped me off (there is no car access to the Riad, like most buildings inside the Medina since the city was built many centuries ago). We sat on the beautiful courtyard sipping tea as she explained the dynamics of this gorgeous and exotic city and the Riad. As she checked me in, I asked her if she would schedule a Hammam Scrub and massage for me. She did for later that afternoon and it was wonderful! Breakfast was plenty and I had the choice to eat on the rooftop. My room was gorgeous, with a seating area and a huge bathroom. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of firm and soft pillows. The place was quiet and there is a parrot that whistles ocassionaly during the day. The location is very close to the Bahia Palace and the Saadian Tombs (5 min walk to each of them) so I started my tour there, before I head back to the Riad for my Hammam session. There are plenty of local shops, money exchange and restaurants to eat, shop or explore nearby - the Riad is 5 min walk toTinsmiths Square which is a hub for everything you might need . Jemaa el Afna (the main square in the Medina) is less than 10 min walk, and as Laurence, the GM, suggested, I explored several times at day and night. This is a must when in Marrakesh.
