piccolo e delizioso riad nella medina di marrakech, vicino ai suk e ai palazzi storici più importanti. Ottimo servizio e cibo. ottimi suggerimenti per locali, escursioni, shopping.

Long week-end
We spent 4 nights in Riad Cocoon. Hotel is fine but it seems a little overpriced for what is really offered. Extra are also a bit expensive (massage and dinner). The guy at the reception is really lovely. Nevertheless you'll miss a general service you usually find in a medium-size hotel. Location is a bit far from the Jamaa el Fna...you'll probably get lost a few times to get back

We had a lovely stay at this Riad. The owner and staff were very attentive and the experience was one akin to being a VIP! The location is very walkable to pretty much all the main tourist sites within the Medina area. As a result, we had a lovely stay in Marrakesh.

The riad was nice, lots of character and conveniently located for the souks. The staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We started with a hamam spa and enjoyed the experience. (first time for both of us) I found the mopeds around the medina were a hazard and the fumes were unpleasant. It took me a couple of days to relax as it was so full on. We tried some roof top great restaurants, walked for miles and soaked up the vibrancy of Marrakech. Our hot air balloon trip was a highlight for both of us. A trip to Marrakech has been on the bucket list for a long time, and I'm really glad we went.

We had the most amazing experience staying here. We were guided for all the best places to see and best places to eat. The location was perfect for wandering and being emersed in Marrakech! All thw people we met from our day tours and the people that qorked at the Riad and the lovely Corinne who owns it were all amazing, we had the absolute best trip because of our decision to stay at this Riad.

Best Riad in Marrakech
We stayed here for 4-nights at the end of April during Ramadan and what a time we had. Corrine has an exceptional Riad just a 2-minute walk from being in the Medina, but you would think you’re nowhere near as it’s so peaceful. Everything about the stay was amazing and Corrine and the team make you feel at home and are able to help with everything. They provided us with excellent recommendations on places to eat, drink, and visit, which made our time in Marrakech much better. Jemaa was great and always able to help us with any questions and really made our stay at Riad Cocoon! He was always on hand to help with issues with our room, any questions we had about Marrakech or Morrocan culture and he made our stay much more interesting and relaxing. The food prepared by the riad is sensational, the breakfast each morning is incredible and the chef is amazing, and I would highly recommend having at least one meal at the riad as it provides much more authentic cuisine. All in all, would 100% visit Marrakech again and would not hesitate to stay at Riad Cocoon!!

The riad is beautifully and imaginatively furnished and appointed, with personal touches everywhere. Corinne and her staff took such good care of me for my six-night stay, going out of their way to offer suggestions and even making a wonderful herbal infusion when I came down with a travel cold. We had a great stay, The whole staff team go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best it can be. We had a meal in the Riad a private dining experience with log fire and great food and wine. Driss is SO helpful organising taxi’s and making sure everything is taken care of. Breakfast was super, warm crepes and good coffee. Highly recommended

We had a perfect stay. The owner, Corinne and her staff are warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The riad is very conveniently located in the Medina. We were provided very attentive and anticipatory service, great recommendations and advice, and a feeling that we were truly at home. We loved the property, the hammam/spa services, and the home-cooked meals. Could not recommend Cocoon highly enough, and we are looking forward to returning.

Luxury Riad in central location; fantastic service
I stay in a lot of hotels for both business and pleasure, but very rarely have I stayed somewhere so welcoming as Riad Cocoon. The Riad itself is beautiful inside and is in a great location: you're right in the middle of the medina but as soon as you step inside the building you're instantly transported away from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. The roof terrace in particular was a very peaceful place to relax and I enjoyed a delicious meal there my first night. Corinne and her staff were very friendly without being in the least bit intrusive. Overall, I couldn't have asked for more and I hope to return next time I'm in Marrakech.

What an amazing small place in the middle of the crazyness, colorfull, and wonderful Marrakech. The staff is amazing and really the soul of this place. They make you feel very welcome. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful rooms. If I come back to Marrakech, I would definatly stay here again.

L'accueil que nous a réservé Corinne, la maîtresse des lieux (au bon sens du terme). La proximité des souks et la gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'êtablissement. On s'y sent comne chez soi. Les conseils de route dans Marrakech ainsi que les adresses pour des restaurants. Le toit terrasse pour boire un apéro et y prendre le petit- déjeûner.

Cocoon by name and nature
The name describes it perfectly - it is a perfect escape from the hustle of the Medina. From the warm welcome, the moment we left we felt like honoured guests. Our every want and need was anticipated and met. The food was outstanding and drinks and snacks appeared wherever we sat down. We enjoyed cooling off in the little pool. We found the beds a bit small and hard and the pillows didn't suit us very well, but were replaced on request. A delightful stay with wonderful staff.

Selected this Riad based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint. You are made welcome from the minute you book with advice and helpful tips on how to plan your trip. Room (Green Eye) was comfortable and quiet, breakfast on the rooftop idyllic, staff helpful and 15 mins from the main square once you work out the route! Couldn’t recommend more highly. Will go back

The service was excellent from the start, with mint tea and pastries provided whilst being recommended sites and restaurants to visit during the stay. The Hammam treatment was excellent and needed after experiencing the craziness of the city.

We stayed at this Riad for 2 nights. Corinne and the rest of the staff took really good care of us from the moment we stepped out of the airport to the day when we left. They got every little thing covered. We felt very safe around Marrakech. The room was awesome, very clean and had lots of space. The food at the riad was also really good. I definitely will come back here!

Riad Cocoon- very attentive & comfortable Riad.
The service at Riad Cocoon was very good. The staff are very attentive to your needs and as a female solo traveler they checked in frequently to check I was doing okay and if I needed any help/ tips for restaurants and activities etc while visiting Marrakech. Corinne the owner is very professional and makes sure you are satisfied with your stay. They also accommodated a late pick up and check in when I arrived from the airport late. Definitely take advantage of ordering the airport transfer upon arrival as the Médina can be very confusing on your first visit. The only negative, if you could even call it that, is the rooster next door who gives you a nice early wake up call each morning if you are a light sleeper. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this road to friends and family.

Una opción excelente para alojarse en Marrakech. Es un riad muy bonito, cuidado al detalle y decorado con muy buen gusto. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. La comunicación con la gerente (Corinne) fue perfecta antes y durante el viaje y nos hizo muy buenas recomendaciones para disfrutar de la ciudad (visitas, gastronomía, etc). Sin duda lo recomiendo

All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, communication was speedy and informative right from booking, and the riad was beautiful and in a good location. Couldn't recommend it more.

Luxueuse Riad
Le personnel est très attentif à nos besoins. L’endroit est paradisiaque et lorsqu’on y entre, il y a un parfum qui nous enveloppe. Ma chambre était grande, mon lit confortable et la terrasse superbe. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le souper, quoique dispendieux était bon. Le seul hic est la toilette qui est très haute lorsqu’on mesure moins de 5 pieds trois. Mais bon, ça m’a rappelé lorsque j’étais enfant et que mes parents m’assoyait sur la toilette et que mes pieds ne touchait pas le sol. J’y retournerais sans hésiter! Malgré le prix, car l’endroit et le service valent le coup!

A quiet boutique Riad with excellent staff
We spent a week in Marrakech at Riad Cocoon and couldn't be happier of our choice of accommodation. The location is tucked away on a small alley, conveniently on the edge of the Medina with plenty of good restaurants nearby, but still away from the nightly hubbub of the central square. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, offering guides to take us around should we need them. We also booked an excursion to the High Atlas mountains via the Riad, and got a great personalized experience with a wonderful guide. The in-house hammam and treatments were a treat.

Highly recommended
Corinne and her staff did a fantastic job from the start. To the beginning we were welcomed with a mince tea and a free upgrade for a better room. She gave us valuable tips for our stay in Marrakech. All of them were fabulous. All the stuff never hesitated to grant our requests. On our first night we had dinner by the fireplace which was very delicious, also the breakfast every day. We also enjoyed the playlists in the room. The location of the riad is fantastic too – it is in the heart of de Medina and you can reach many points of interest by feet.

Great stay
Beautiful riad, very quiet and peaceful. The staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable, the only downside was that the bed was a but rigid but other than that, the road gives you a great sense of privacy and romance.
