We spent a long weekend at Riad Kaiss in the beginning of July. It was one of the most wonderful experiences we have ever had. Everything was just perfect! The location was lovely, the suite we booked charming, the breakfast delicious, the service impeccable (not invasive, but careful and attentive). We’ll never forget the silence and quiet of the breakfasts we had in the peaceful, shaded garden, where the only sounds we heard were the joyful chirping of the birds and the gentle murmuring of the fountains. Eventually, we want to thank all the personnel of the Riad Kaiss, but especially Nisrine, the Guest Relation Manager: she is a nice, kind-hearted young lady, who gave has useful suggestions to visit Marrakesh and caringly watched over our whole stay at the Riad. In conclusion: we’re looking forward to coming back and strongly recommend Riad Kaiss

Riad bellissimo (non bello, bellissimo) appena dentro la Medina di Marrakesh. Silenzioso. Personale gentilissimo e capace. Ottima organizzazione. Se non si vuole uscire a mangiar fuori, si mangia piuttosto bene dentro in un ambiente raffinato. Ha un minuscolo Hammam però bellissimo e anche lì con un ottimo trattamento (anche per i massaggi). Terrazzo splendido sui tetti della città. Un'esperienza da ripetere

We can't recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, the team at Riad Kaiss took care of our every need in the most beautiful and boutique of settings. The breakfasts were excellent, our evening meal on arrival was the perfect introduction to Moroccan cuisine and the coffee is some of the best I've ever had. The riad is situated in the middle of town, so perfect for accessing all of the souks as well as the main square and the nearby Bahia Palace. After the hustle and bustle of the markets, bars and restaurants, it really is a luxury oasis in the middle of all the action. When we next come to Marrakech, we will definitely stay at Riad Kaiss!

I’ve just come back to London, stayed here for the weekend for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are very pleasant, professional and accommodating. I had the best suite and they even got me a lovely cake. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in Riad Kaiss - the staff, food and room were amazing and they gave us lots of thoughtful touches like making me a birthday cake and giving us a lunch bag for our flight home. We couldn’t praise the staff more they were incredible and we have some lovely memories. We will be back in future. Best Riad in Marrakech.

A fantastic hotel in a converted fifteenth century Riad, with just 10 rooms. A Riad is a walled home with internal gardens and the Riad Kaiss actually has two quadrangles, each with trees and plants, where breakfast can be served. The hotel keeps many features from previous centurys and the owners have added a wonderfully eclectic mix of furniture, lamps, ornaments. In short, staying in this wonderful building would be the highlight of any trip to Marrakesh. Finally, the staff are truly wonderful and really made us feel cared for throughtout our stay. Our thanks to all of them.

Fantastic Riad. Loved our penthouse suite w/private patio. Massage was lovely. Charming, full of antiques walking distance to the palaces and market and some great restaurants, but quiet away from motorbike noise. We wanted to stay longer!! Definitely will come back here

We loved the unique presentation of the rooms, and the gorgeous courtyard area for breakfast. The pool, hammam and roof terraces were also lovely and the perfect way to relax after a busy day seeing the sights of Marrakech.

What a gem! The Riad is truly a little oasis amidst the busy medina and souks, giving you the best of both worlds. The staff were so warm and welcoming and could not have been nicer. They were so friendly and helpful with any queries or recommendations for restaurants or places to visit. We will definitely return to Marrakesh and Riad Kaiss. A truly memorable weekend.

There's no way around it, I LOVED Riad Kass from the first minute I stepped into this small hotel. Everybody here was genuinely kind, especially the two receptionists Houdaifa and the lovely Olaya (sorry for butchering your names, I lost my notebook). They made me feel so welcome every time I returned from the sweaty city. But absolutely everybody was courteous and kind! At first, I wasn't too happy with my room since I asked for one with lots of light, but the Arabian decor quickly won me over. Another delight was the great breakfast in the courtyard. The courtyard is the stomping grounds of four well-behaved turtles as well - a touch I loved. Just don't step on them, please. That would be bad karma. A small gripe is that I paid 22 Euros for the shuttle service from the airport to avoid infights with the local cab drivers. I was told somebody from the hotel would be waiting with a sign with the hotel's name. That was NOT the case. I waited for an hour for my pickup while the driver was waiting next to a sign with a long list of hotels - a list I couldn't see because a tour group was standing in front of it. So, demand that the driver has a sign with your hotel or your name! (The driver was wonderful when we finally connected though) So, don't get me wrong. I became a true fan of this hotel within the first 24 hours, and I bet you will love it, too unless you think you should have a TV in your room. You sure don't. The city of Marrakech is a great TV in itself!

Riad was in good location and had excellent staff. Riad had a nice courtyard and a great breakfast; wine was also available to order. Rooms were small and could use some updating (considering this is supposed to be a 5 star property). Mattresses in the twin room needed to be replaced. I'm not sure if they mop under the beds. My roommate dropped something and it was not clean under there. Doors do not seal great so you can hear people in the courtyard. I would also think when it's hot outside, this will heat up the room more. Finally, this hotel quotes you the room price in Euros. At checkout, they convert to Moroccan Dirhams. Why don't they just quote in dirhams from the get go? I didn't check math to see if they are converting at a good rate. They charge an extra 3% if you pay by credit card.

The hotel was difficult to find and get to. The hotel can definitely use an uplift. The linen and towels didn't seem fresh. The toilets were extremely small. No matter what care you took there was a pool of water outside the tub. The AC didn't work well at all. The day we arrived there were guys who came in to fix the toilet for about half an hour. Not worth the amount they charge for the room.

L’emplacement est un peu difficile à trouver mais avec un bon guide ça va. Le Riad est magnifique, un dépaysement garanti. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et l’équipement est très bien. Piscine est hammam sympa.

Todo excelente excepto el spa, hammam, está muy sucio, y utilizan un tapete de plástico en el mármol para acostarte sobre la mugre acumulada de la gente, la persona que atiende hammam no es cuidadosa me tiro agua con una cubeta de plástico en la nariz no usan las bandejas tradicionales de cobre y nos bañaron con un guante usado a mi y mi pareja, el personal no guarda silencio en hammam, no te dan una toalla después de la regadera y empapados nos pusieron las batas para sentarnos sobre unos cojines, no hay un lugar destinado para masaje y me lo hicieron en un pasillo donde pasaba la gente, fue una muy mala experiencia

Prix trop élevé pour les prestations. C'est un charmant Riad où la cour intérieure est un havre de paix avec de petites chambres et des petites terrasses, une jolie décoration. MAIS, la piscine était fermée 3 jours pour cause de nettoyage et il y a un chantier juste à côté du Riad ce qui fait que l'on est réveillé à 7h00 du matin par les coups de marteaux et les ponceuses, sans parler des cris des ouvriers. Et vu l'état d'avancement des travaux, il y en a encore pour plusieurs mois. Éviter de réserver la chambre 1 où nous nous trouvions... Donc dormir et se relaxer au bord de la piscine ne sont pas envisageables. Nous nous attendions à des prestations beaucoup plus luxueuses pour un Riad qui est 250% plus cher que les autres Riads du centre de Marrakech. Nous avons payé pour un séjour de haut niveau et nous nous sommes sentis roulés. Même le service, si bien soit il, ne peut compenser cela. Nous avons acheté une Mercedes mais nous avons eu une Fiat avec une climatisation hors service sous une température de 33 degrés. Nous attribuons un 6 sur 10 à ce Riad.
