Hotel vicino a Martin Reserve - Melbourne

“In general very good, highly recommend.”

“Dirty, neglected and far below basic hotel standards We stayed 3 nights in September (Standard Room, Multiple Beds, 3 adults). I travel a lot and I know what to expect from a budget hotel, but this is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. - We checked in at midnight to a dirty room with unmade bed and had to make them ourselves. Nobody came in the following days either. - Mattresses and duvet were visibly dirty. - The fridge smelled so bad it made us nauseous. - The shower was filthy,...

“Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room”

“Good for late flight into Melbourne”

“the hotel is located 3km from the city center and outside the free tram zone. the tram stop is anyway just across the road and bikes can be rented. the personnel at the reception is extremely kind and always ready to help, really outstanding. i like the atmosphere of this hotel which looks like an informal art gallery where the guests are invited to express their artistic side. the room is clean always with nice artistic touches. our room didn' have a pleasant view, just the offices very very...

“Friending staff”

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”
