It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. “The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.”

“This property is exactly what it seems. Available electronics, wifi, plumbing was good, and the bed was nice. The surrounding area was nice as well, close to the vallejo Ferry terminal. There were multiple shops for food, including breskfast. This place was really cozy, I would definitely stay again. One negative would be the noise that occurred upstairs.
