“Hotel looks bad from outside. Walked in and it smells like stale cigarettes and weed. Front desk was nice and was not rude , so that was a plus. In room , the smell of old musty air lingering was not so nice. Loud music from some neighboring room. Don’t even take my shoes off and decided this wasn’t worth the risk. Also, the people hanging out in the parking lot didn’t make me want to leave my car outside. Lesson learned, don’t book a room because it’s cheaper than others. Ended up getting a...

“I reserved a room for 3 days. I got a call from Anna while on my way to hotel concerning my reservation. Anna told me that they had to cancel my reservation for the first night cause they didn’t have any rooms available that were clean. Couldn’t help with anything cause their housekeeper left work early. Anna said that she would make sure that I wasn’t charged for nothing. I traveled 4 1/2 hours in one direction. I just got word that my father has less than 2 months to live. I will never stay at...

“To all avoid this Hotel at all cost. Pay $10 cash for a towel deposit. Room was unclean broken everything when you turn around. Stains everywhere, you look up and the bathroom fan is falling out. Kids in the hallway blocking you to go down the stairs. Front desk clerk dressed in dirty clothes and didn't know how to check in customers. Boxes off snacks from Costco all around her. Disrespectful all around. For your safety stay away. ”

“No breakfast, even though I was told twice that there would be. No clean towels and the tub was disgusting. Also we had to keep asking for shampoo. And found two cockroaches on two different days. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. ”

“Room was not very clean. Place could use upgrades. They advertised breakfast but no such thing. Though it is not a big deal it is deceptively bad to do that. ”

“Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”
