Hotel vicino a Matson Playground - Sudbury

“we had only a short one-day stay. it was comfortable. had a particularly good sleep. the only thing that was a bit problematic was the heating system... but we did manage to work it out.”

“We started our stay with having to switch rooms due to the noise of the lobby door opening and closing. Then our room tv didn’t work but when we called there was nothing they could do. The pool was over crowded by 15 people even though there were signs and no staff was present to monitor. Pool area was also dirty. Kids were horsing around in the hot tub with no supervision from adults when the sign clearly states no kids under 16. Again where’s the staff! Breakfast was a joke. Long lines,...

“Very clean rooms..friendly helpful staff. Hot tub and pool were amazing and the breakfast was top notch! I will definitely be staying again. Was the perfect getaway thanks to all of you!!!”

“Bring your own soap, shampoo. Parking is far if small parking lot is full. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and quiet and the price was excellent.”

“It is very close to hospital and convenient and desent enough to stay when you need to go to hospital It does not have elevator Most of the guests are there due to health issues so walking the stairs is not convenient”

“The driveway and parking lot were pot hole riddled. That was harsh. Breakfast was the standard breakfast. The coffee was hot, the food was good. There was also free coffee in the lobby to access at any time. That was great. The hotel is pet friendly. The room was good. Very clean. However, the only power outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to dry my hair next to the window. The staff were very helpful and more than pleasant to speak with. ”

“Nice hotel, the attached pub has good food. Pool was nice. Rooms were basic, but OK for the price. Check-in was a bit painful, even though I had already paid I needed a physical credit card to check in.”

“Parking easy, clean room, staff friendly. There was a youth sports team here with a big bus which concerned us a lot, but everyone was reasonably well restrained. Had one "knock and run" at our door, and the breakfast was pretty overrun with them, but honestly everyone was kept under control and great. Kids will be kids. Would stay again. Would stay again even if there was a sports team staying. Wasn't intrusive, which is more than I've experienced in other hotels. ,”

“What I expected for the reasonable rate Just unfortunate no coffee in room A pot and cups were there but no coffee pods”

“The room was clean but not overly sanitized. The heater vent in the bedroom had toe nail clippings in it. It was disgusting. For the amount I paid for the room I’d expect a more thorough cleaning.”

“Menu was sparse but good With all the rain the property was a mess understandable ”

“Because of renovations at this property, the wonderful staff had moved us to their neighboring property…..no extra charge! We were not inconvenienced in anyway because of the very kind & friendly staff. We will be returning on our next visit to Sudbury!! Thank you 😁✌️”

“Parking was easy”

“Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. ”
