“Door keys have to be re set almost daily, no housekeeping come to your room. When you go to the desk for toilet paper or trowels, bad attitudes. At least the men. One woman was kind. And now they make you do a $50 deposit. Of course it’s refundable. But it takes weeks to come back to you. Dirty, smelly, and you have to watch your car. People will scratch, dent and spill things on your car. I travel this way a lot for work. The only good thing about the place, is the location. And it used to be...

“Room was clean and freshly made daily. Fitness room consisted of a broken treadmill No free weights . The fitness room was dirty and gross. Breakfast ( if you can call it that) consisted of some slices of white bread and 2 two kinds of cereal.... Kids shouting/ screaming and running up and down the hall late at night. No consideration for other customers. Someone needs to burn this place down and rebuild it from ground up”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention...

“The room and service was wonderful I had a great time ”

“It was renovated and looked good design wise. But the place was very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet. The beddings were all ripped up and stained. And it has a distinct smell that is not pleasant. Hotel has bad reservation system as it was overbooked.”

“Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient.”

“Room we had was 707. The good points were the bed was comfortable though the pillows were comfy they were small size decorating pillows but had 4. Staff were all excellent and the breakfasts were well stocked and several choices. The dinning staff attendant was organized and super friendly and inviting. “Unfortunately they hold the deposit for the room and exceptionally long time. The stay was for 7 days ago and the $200 is still pending on my account. Completely unacceptable and I will not be booking this brand of hotels again. ”

“Room was clean and so was hotel. Good location as well. However, breakfast was not free which I thought it was, so that was a little misleading. Also, parking was a headache. Parking was not free, 11.50 per day and I had to go online thru some website to sign in to pay for it. Hard to do and was unnecessary and unanticipated. Also, wifi was hard to sign in as well. Hilton should be better.”

“No coffee in the AM during breakfast. Could not grab a yogurt cup to go. That institutional yogurt dispenser was very unappealing. I don’t think it would kill you to have a brand name single serve yogurt available on ice. I ended up going to the local Starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee and a yogurt that I could eat while on the road.”
