“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the convention center and lots of restaurants. Very clean rooms. Since it is a new property they have some minor issues such as my room tv cromecast was connecting to a different room. I reported this issue but no one acted on it. Fitness room has water fountain, but can use disposable paper cups. Limited breakfast options.”

“My experience with Homewood suites was excellent! The room was great it was clean Very spacious and the decor in the room and throughout the hotel was the best. I love the pool table feature a very nice touch. I will not stay anywhere else but Hilton hotels. There is no comparison with other hotels. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was delicious especially the buffalo wings!! There was plenty of fun and laughter in the lobby in the evenings at the bar. The staff was so accommodating...

“The first day we got back our door was left open. Then we were getting in bed and there was black hair all over blankets and pillows asked for them to be changed and they just brought us sheets and had to change them ourselves and they just internet was down had no tv or internet”

“Springhill Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist for check-in was very pleasant and explained everything before we got our room. The rooms are absolutely clean love the linen on the beds, which were white and the towels and washcloths were also fresh white line. The shower was very nice. I love it. In the area of the hotel was very clean and there was a lot of stores and restrooms within walking I definitely will come back again thank you.”

“The air conditioning was broken - the temperature outside was 103 degrees. The staff assured me that it was being repaired, however when I spoke to another guest she told me that it had been broken 2 consecutive days prior as well.”
