“The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. “Clean room, easy check in process, great property with great pool and little beach area to see turtles. We were on the third floor and had to carry all our suitcases up the flights of stairs but being able to see the whales off the Lanai every morning was worth it ”

“Unica cosa negativa da segnalare è la chiusura di tutti i servizi alle 9 di sera, bar e ristoranti chiudono, per cui non ho L possibilità di ber qualcosa e mangiar qualcosa dopo le 21,30 E sembra esserci il coprifuoco Devo però dire che tutta isola viaggia con questi orari A capodanno alle 23,30 anche il ristorante esterno all’hotel ha chiuso. “The pictures of Haiku #2 are greatly misleading. It shows a lovely living area with comfortable furniture. What we found instead was only a loveseat. There were no chairs, unless we wanted to use a dining chair. The living room space was cavernous with only the loveseat and a small coffee table. The bathroom shows a double sink; the unit has a simgle sink. In the property description it says there is a queen size bed, but what's actually there is a full bed. A queen size would never have even...

“Nice resort. Staff was mixed, some very helpful and nice, but others not so much. I do wish there were a couple more food options, the few places all had the same mix of items. It was really crowded at times throughout the stay. Room was nice, but quite small. Had a nice trip overall.”

“We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. Had a hard time finding the laundry rooms and had to get help on how to pay, plus we were yelled at for accidentally moving our chairs across the...
