Jim provided so much information pre-trip to help us plan. Charlie, the property manager, was very responsive to our questions. The bed is very comfortable, which is important to me since I have a permanent back injury. The condo is decorated beautifully, and its location is very convenient. Looks just like the pictures and yet surpasses expectations at the same time (we used the blender which I had not seen in amenities).
