Exactly what was advertised. 5 star. Good food. Clean property, helpful staff. We did have to report a few who refused us service unless we tipped but the manager rectified that quick.. we had a good time. Especially since it was adults only. We definitely will return again. Room service was great. We even left them a tip at the end .. it was better than the last resort we stayed at in Mexico. I could go on and on .. they even have a lounge that sells bottles lol. Which is a plus because we ran out and u can take it with u at any place on the property. The breakfast is good. The restaurants in general surprised me because they were actually GOOD !! Even the food at the snack bar. Good. Fresh. Nothing wrong here and we stayed 7 days. Next time we might make it 10 days. Ohhh and the pool was clean always had towels and seats and cabanas for free .. and the quiet side has a pool. Even better. Nice and calm. Not too much entertainment at night late but that’s ok. Take a 20 minute ride to the hotel zone .. EXCELLENT RESORT !!!!!!!!!!!!
