“Personale gentile ma la stanza era impregnata di fumo, non aerata, maleodorante. La biancheria del letto sporca con capelli ovunque. Non viene fornito neanche un bagnoschiuma, solo una misera saponetta. Il phon non c'e'. Devi elemosinarlo alla reception come se fosse un un bene irrilevante. Pessimo”

“The hotel made me pay an additional $2 for some reason. When I got to the room, none of the lights worked. After I brought all my things in I looked behind the nightstand to find an extremely damaged outlet, which explains why there was no power. I saw food remnants and cockroaches underneath the bed. I immediately got everything out of my room and asked for a refund. The person working the desk was no help and I gave him back my keys. They gave no receipt. I contacted Expedia who did contact...

For those of us who are older a magnifying mirror or a light over the hall mirror would be helpful for makeup. Also, the breakfast choices could be updated a little. Perhaps croissants and fresh fruit?”
