“Very quiet stay. The back deck was a good getaway at the end of the day. Housekeeping could have been a bit better but overall a good stay.”

“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“We loved the sauna/cold plunge. Rained on our trip so wasn't able to use the pool but it looked inviting. The location was very well located. We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. Would return to this property.”

“Overall our stay was amazing. I actually took time for me which I seldom do. Special shout out to Dustin he was very accommodating to me and made sure I was very comfortable with getting me to and from the facility with a golf cart they provided if you have mobility issues or difficulty getting up and down stairs. Bed was very comfortable and jacuzzi was very well maintained and I made sure to use this amenity nightly. Pool was fresh and relaxing and salt water was an added bonus. Poolside...

But the exterior is in disrepair, middle of June, pool non operational plus the atmosphere is very sterile there and you can’t even walk into the office unless it’s breakfast hours so if you want a place to pass out this is your place. If you want to anything besides sleep then maybe consider spending more and staying closer to the center of old town”

“I don't want to take away from this amazing place, but the sign out front says that I can drop my key in the lockbox by the front door. However, I was not able to find the lockbox and ended up leaving my key in my room and called at 8am when they opened to let them know. They were very nice about how I "checked out". Just a little heads up.”

“New owners took over the day before we arrived but were very friendly and helpful. Property was well taken care of. They have big changes coming soon and I look forward to seeing them on my next visit”

“My daughter and I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Arkansas. This place was perfect!! Very charming with a gorgeous view. The management was incredibly helpful and timely with all check-in and check-out information. Our room/cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed. “I liked the fire pit in the back and the pool, but pool needed to be service. The water did take a while to warm, ice machine was broke, but accommodations were made with a cooler with ice The breakfast was only for weekends, which was in fine print. Bed was sagging in the middle making it difficult to get comfortable”

“This hotel was so great. We did the king with a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was a little small for 2 people but it can be made to work. But the way the bed was so comfortable and relaxing it was well worth it! The most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in!!”
