“The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

“The room was spacious, clean, and nicely updated, which made our stay very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our short stay. “Holes in walls, cracks in sink, toilet ran nonstop, electrical outlet over sink/vanity didn’t work…they brought a new hair dryer that wouldn’t work because the outlet didn’t work. Asked for a new room and was told we would need to pay to upgrade. Never stay again at a super 8 or Wyndham property. ”

“The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...
