“The house was perfect for our large group! We loved having the pool to entertain the kids while the adults could rest in the afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed and was the perfect open concept so all of our group could spend time together. The location was close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, and Seguin so everything we wanted to do was really close. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there and Randy was there with a repairman within minutes to add the coolant needed....

Plenty for us and only has 1 thing of coffee to make. It’s dumb to even consider taking off a star for that just a heads up to ask for more if you are a coffee drinker but really you need to go explore local coffee shops if you are. No brainer! We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.”

“Beautiful little cottage with a welcoming feel. I didn’t plan on using the hot tub but within the first two hours, my wife and kids were already in it. So I can say it was a nice touch. Great size lot with plenty of room for any activities. Use the grill to make some delicious fajitas. Location is right outside of town which makes it super convenient. My favorite part was probably the chicken theme. A plus is all the appliances works as they should. Also great water pressure with hot and cold.”

“We all had a great time! We had one issue with ac in the game room. We called they had someone out to us promptly and got it taken care of for us! We hey had everything we needed as far as toiletries, dishes pots n pans, shampoo conditioner body wash dish washing liquid detergent, trash bags. that was all a plus!
