“Booked through Expedia and checked in with front desk stating they had issue with preferred room. I agreed to a different bed scheme thinking they would have pull out couch, but only got king bed and roll away for 5 people. Thanks to the maintenance Personel and our thinking we were able to get 2 roll away and the king to make do for the night. The property itself was and close to shopping and dining, but front desk booked to many guest and didn’t act like they wanted to help fix the problem...

“For a beautiful hotel I would expect to have real toilet paper. This toilet paper was worse than what they have in schools.”

“Very basic, sheets made me break out into a rash, had to checkin twice because my room was given away, no cups/ice, bed was not secured to anything and moved when you moved, etc.”
