“I genuinely don’t have enough characters to articulate how frustrating of a stay this was. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff are ALL incompetent.
Let’s start with the reservation. I made the reservation online. Called to confirm. Employee 1 &2 could not find it and told me I did not have a reservation. Employee 3 found it. I had to call 3 separate times to confirm this information.

“The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t keep up well, and the room was warm until the middle of the night. The bed and pillows are also some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. The pillows were extremely flat and the bed had no cushion. If I had drove versus flying and could take it home, I would have bought a pillow at the store. Highly recommend if you prefer not to sleep flat.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, enjoyed the breakfast offerings. The water pressure is going to be missed. Only complaint is where my room was in the back of the building faces a busy highway and the second night I stayed there it was very loud throughout the night due to blasting music and various loud cars. I know that’s not the hotels fault but I reccomending asking for a front facing room if possible.”

“The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon.”

“The manager and the clerk were very helpful. They answer all the questions. They were very polite. They tried to help on everything we need, but the rooms need to get clean better. Make sure that when attendance leave they change all the cheats for new attendance. Need to Fugate more often cause the room was infected of roaches. They need to check their rooms more often for clean towels. Other than that, it was OK.”

“I expected better quality for the rate and reviews. The doors stuck to the suite and bathroom. Food left in the fridge. Odd smells on 4th floor hallway and lingering smell of marijuana in the elevator. Tile in bathroom was extremely slick after showers. One highlight- The staff were every pleasant and helpful. The hotel is also central to many locations in Conyers and close to I-20 without the interstate noise.”
