“La gente del hotel muy atenta, aunque no tenían como buena comunicación, no sabían cuánto teníamos que pagar y tardamos en que nos cobraran, el lugar es ideal para solo ir a dormir y ya, parece más un hostal que un hotel, el desayuno se servía muy tarde , había mucho ruido, no hubo agua caliente. Eso si está en una zona céntrica y segura”

Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful.”
