Hotel a Medford

“Have stayed here multiple times in the past. This time started off ok. The breakfast needed more help the one person working was doing his best but was manning the desk and doing breakfast. True issue came second day when we woke up to the entire hotel not having hot water. Was told it was the city's fault! I never heard of a city that sends hot water directly to any building. We were here for a graduation along with probably all the other guests. Was not able to shower for the event. ...

“Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs. “Clean room good bed and quiet”

“The evening I checked in I Meg the manager and very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Only down side was toilet would run occasionally and had to flip handle. Love the lemon water in entry.”

“This wasn't the worst stay I've had, but far from the best experience. The lobby area had coffee and decaf when I checked in but it was cold and not fresh, which was a bit disappointing since the rooms did not have any kind of coffee. The check in process was quick and the staff member was friendly, but wasn't at the desk when I arrived and had nothing to clearly identify her as being a staff member.
