“Reserved room on Expedia with pet. Staff refused to rent room, have yet to receive refund. ”

“The only problem we had was the property was difficult to get to because of the paving that was going on at the highway going to the property but otherwise a great stay”

“The bedspread of the first room was full of holes and probably not washed in a while. So they offered me a second room but I couldn't open the door and neither could the staff. The staff was certain there was someone squatting in the room. I cancelled and was told I'd get a refund in a few days but I don't think so. Never again will I stay at a Motel 6.”

“This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”

“Staff was very helpful and it was very quiet. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The stairs do not go up to the breakfast floor though.”

“My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most.”

“Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.”

“The bed was terrible; it had huge lump in the middle and indentions on both sides. The bedding had burn holes in it. The place smelled like dog piss. The room across from us had 3 dogs that been left in the room alone and whined and barked all the time. My husband talked to the staff about it and all she said was, "I'll see what I can do" over and over again. There were several cars parked in the lot with people just sitting in them. It felt very scary.”

“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

“We were looking for a last minute room and this place was cheap. We were hesitant but past reviews suggested otherwise. They were correct. It was a simple place in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was very basic but they offered a hot meal from Denny’s which was a great option. We would highly recommend if you are looking a cheap and clean location.”
