Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“The shower was unusable. It was also constantly dripping. We notified the staff who said they were aware of the issue and a part was ordered. No offer was made to change rooms or discount the rate. Breakfast was decent. Location was great.”

“The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended! ”

“My husband and I were in Townsend for our grand daughter's wedding. We stayed at Laural Valley Mountain Retreat. We were on the second floor and had a great view. When I booked our room, I had no idea we would be walking up 21 steps to our room. SURPRISE!!!! These are thing you really need to know about when booking. My husband is 78 and I am 76 and have had total knee replacement in both knees. I was also wearing a heart monitor that weekend. Boy did I give it a workout. ...

“The first room my son was given was actually occupied. There were suitcases, clothes, shoes, toiletries. The second room we were given was not cleaned, there were footprints on the floor; a broom was outside our room. Water was dripping from the shower all night. You could also hear the pipes running. The worst part was the construction going on, and the everyday noise pollution. Breakfast was ok, but not much variety.”

“I took my kids to help me celebrate Mother’s Day. Friday night , I realized my comforter had a musty , body odor scent . The comforter was not clean AT ALL! I noticed the from desk , the only thing they did was come in and remade the bed. How I know ? I left the musty comforter in the closet and was left witout a comforter and only sheets. Even though I brought my own face towels , their face towels were as dingy …I was disgusted ! I definitely won’t re-book this hotel .”
