“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants.”

“La nostra cabin era molto bella internamente e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo il ristorante Appalachian Bistro. Unica pecca un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno. ”

“The room was clean and check in instructions were easy to follow. Breakfast was delicious each day. Parking was fine but sometimes not enough space to park at the end of the day. Not too much they can do about that. The only thing that was lacking was not enough utensils/plates/bowls etc in the room. The view was amazing and the property provided a great deal of privacy. I would definitely recommmend this location and stay here again.”

“It's a cheap place to stay and it's close to everything the coffee is not the best if you want a gd cup you'll have to bring your own pot or go get one elsewhere the hall smelt bad of weed but if your looking for something reasonable it works”

“Every room was dirty, pool was unusable, breakfast was simple not many choices and cards for rooms stopped working many times!! It was very unfortunate as it was in such a great location. I spent one full hour cleaning the room. And spent an extra $30 on cleaning supplies. Rugs seem to have never been cleaning and the place is completely outdated with a musty smell.”

“If you want to stay at a good clean motel with very good service attentive and courteous employees who help you whenever needed and not to mention it's right in the middle of everything that you'll wanna see and so stay at the quality inn creekside and you'll have a great time”

“It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it.”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Hotel is within walking distance of downtown area. Trolley stops in front of the hotel. Hotel parking is $15 per night. Can see Gatlinburg SkyPark from the balcony. Good breakfast options.”

“This room was cheap and was actually very nice. The only complaint we had was the musky/wet smell in the room. The elevator was super slow and sometimes seemed a little sketchy. Not a ton of parking either. But we’ll work the money we paid.”

“Indoor pool was a huge hit. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.”
