Hotel vicino a Hedgewood Gardens - Townsend

“great view”

“We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us.”

“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“Room was clean and breakfast was good. Had problems with hot water in shower and TV cable being down at night. … otherwise a good stay.”

“This was our first time at a property like this. This really gave you a semblance of camping - our tent was in the middle of a meadow but there were others towards the edge near the trees if that was your choice. It was family friendly. The food was much better than we expected. There was live music (we could have done without) but it kept all the young ones entertained. The desk staff was very welcoming and were always available. There was no cell service and no internet. But the facility has...

“Absolutely loved our stay at Club Mill Lodge! It has tons of space and the most beautiful pool. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a restaurant but you are so close to town.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Colazione non presente, solo caffè ”

“sink in bathroom put water on floor”

“Very quiet and peaceful and very close to everything”

“The fridge didn’t work very well. The first day I put in my food. A little tiny ice thing was at the top melted all over everything so I had water everywhere. I wasn’t aware there was no ice or anything available in the place when I booked I thought everybody had ice but they didn’t. They had no food no ice no anything and I was there for 23 days so it was a long time to be in a small little room like I was in with not a lot of amenities, but it worked ok”

“Would not recommend charged us 225.00 for one hour room was not what we booked not willing to fix problem”

“Saw 2 roaches the first night. Fortunately didn’t see any more the rest of the weekend.”

“Clean and easy parking”
