“We had a wonderful time in Townsend and the hotel was great! Our room was clean and smelled great. The hotel in general was well maintained. The staff were great and very helpful! We hope to see you again for the 2027 Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival and Games!”

“We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. And maybe a bear proof dumpster easily accessible to the front row of rooms. We had some poopy diapers, and we hate putting them in the trash in such a small place. Very small things that very...

“Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Balcony with two chairs. Two pools but we did not use them. Breakfast was good enough. Not hot foods but waffle maker and cereals and pastries, etc. Very affordable rates. No telephone in rooms? TV didn't work well and confusing to operate. Bath/shower could use safety bars.”

“There were ants in the bathroom. AC was noisy and not working well. Breakfast was very good, wide assortment. Unusual fun thing was rocking chairs outside”
