Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“This is our second stay at the resort and we enjoyed this as much as we did last time. Clean room. Jacuzzi tub. Beautiful view. And even in the off season so welcoming. Hands down Townsend is the hidden jewel of the Smokies. And Tremont Lodge and Resort is the shimmer in that jewel.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2...

“The staff was super accommodating. We got there early and they allowed us to get into the room a lot earlier than the reservation time. The person who helped us was Tony; he was super pleasant and super nice. He gave us free tickets for drinks and snacks. Everything was super clean. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and amazing. We will definitely come back again.”
