I needed to check-out early, at around 4am, I did a valet parking, and I told the day staff that I will be checking out early so I needed my car at around 4am, he told me that there will be no problem only to be told rudely by morning staff that I did not specify the time that I will be checking out.”

“Hotel is not set up to be a 4 or 5 star hotel. I am surprised it has the Marriott tag! Staff however were very professional and helpful. Entrance at ground level, small dark and no service desk. Reception is at 7 floor. No proper closet in the room. Not enough furniture to put your stuff on. Our room required 2 more bedside cabinets and a central console. Hard wooden floors in the room which is not friendly for a hotel room. Breakfast was good and value for money. Although the hotel located...

“The place was a great spot in Southbank. Within walking distance to the many of the features. Great gym and breakfast. A special shout out to Paul from the Edwin Cellars Bar. He knows his wine and is always happy to recommend great wines to try. ”
