Stayed at Quest on William St and had a very smooth experience overall.
The standout was Johnson at the front desk. From check-in through to parking, everything was handled clearly and efficiently. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The way he explained parking and access made things easy straight away. There was also a minor issue with the washing machine, and he personally sorted it out immediately and was very apologetic about it. Working on a public holiday and still delivering that level of service says a lot.
The room itself was spacious and clean on arrival. Bathroom was spotless and the water pressure was excellent. The living area was also a good size, which made the stay more comfortable.
On-site parking is a big plus, especially in the CBD. The property is right in front of a tram stop, and the location is very convenient—walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Overall, a solid stay, made even better by Johnson’s service. He’s a real asset to the team. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Melbourne.
