Quinn is a true gem nothing we asked of her was too much including checking in a Birthday Cake and Cooler for a few hours before we headed to the harbour. She made to process very easy and handled us with grace. We had the buffet breakfast the next day on site again top tier service by staff. Would highly recommend.”

“Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student...
