“The property was beautiful and what I would expect from an Hampton Inn and suites. The staff was funny, friendly and attentive enough. “I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”

“It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable.
I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!”
