“The rooms weren’t ready at 3 ,we had to wait around for a room to be ready,we were going to the Houston Livestock Show and it took time away from that waiting for a room to be available,the staff were trying to do the best they could but the rooms still should have been ready by 3 atleast,we got there at 2:30 and the this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that we weren’t able to check in early”

“Nrg close, no shuttle. Pool not available to use. Weed smell as soon as you walk in lobby and exit the elevator. The room had prior people clothes and towels still in it. Disnwasher not close. Lamp was hanging by wire so scared to use. Ac in bedroom horrible. Fold out sofa not close so couch and sleeper sofa not able to use as well. Pictures very misconceiving. One maid was very nice. Complained to front desk. Nothing happened. Horrible experience for what i paid. Will not use service again.”

“Blackout curtains were ripped/torn. Bathroom was terrible! Got 4:30 AM wake up call accidently. Not ours! Would never stay there again! ”

“Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Had a free shuttle to the rodeo which was amazing. Hot tub wasn't working and place is a bit dated. ”

“A very basic hard floor room, clean and functional enough for a no frills sleep space. Drainage is slow with bath and sink. Though staff helped to get WiFi connected with my phone, the WiGi was weak and, frankly, useless. ”

“Elevators don’t work you pay for parking but with the rodeo there was always a hard time finding a parking spot … Breakfast was ok… hotel definitely needs a lot of upgrades ”

“The room was set up much different than other hotels. The shower was open to the room with your bed, there were no side tables next to the bed, no lamps, no plugs or clock. The sink did not drain, the faucet leaked. When I told the staff, they just said ok. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the room smelled like weed or a strange smell. There was not a blow dryer either.”
