“Easy check-in and check out. Room was very clean. Very nice. ”

“The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days.”

“Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. Has an airport shuttle. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc.”

“There was no phone to call for food service at the Lobby Bistro. You had to come down to the Lobby to order food and then wait for it to be ready. Would have been easier to call in an order from our room and then get a call back when it was ready. ”

“Property was nice. Pool ceiling needed some attention as it was bubbling and falling off. It was very loud in the pool as well the kids yells echoed. Plan on $20 a day for parking per vehicle. Nightly happy hour was better some days than others. ”

“The lady at front desk is amazing when we checked in and checked out. The same person she is very nice and kind with very satisfactory hospitality. Thank you and we all enjoyed the stay.”

“Less than ergonomic or functional. Shower door did not close properly. I bumped my forehead twice hard on the black metal clothes hanging apparatus. TV remote was very difficult to use. Patrick at check-in was courtesy and helpful.”
