“I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and refreshed throughout my stay, which was definitely appreciated. “Hotel was exceptional very nice!!! Room was very chic and clean, plenty of plugs for phones, laptop etc. Best sleep we’ve had in a hotel in a while. Will stay here on future trips to the DFW area.”

“I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open . I didn’t like my room was clean after the 4th day. I didn’t like that I was charged for parking on property parking spot.”

“I prepaid and reserved a room, but i arrived late and my room was released. I was able to get a room the first night, which they charged me for. So, all told, I paid nearly $900 for one night in a ground floor room with loud people yelling at the bar and doors slamming all night.”

“I liked the willingness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a nice spread as well. What I did not like is when I checked into my room, it was extremely smelly housekeeping had to come up and spray air freshener. The room also did not get extremely cold so we were hot. We would’ve liked to use the pool, but it did rain during our stay again, the staff there was extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment did not work.”

“The hotel was clean. The pack and play was broken. They have a kitchen/coffee area but menu is limited. Breakfast not included.”

“The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties).
