“a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable...

“Great stay, wonderful airport shuttle”

“15 people signed up for the shuttle. Only held 12. We had to take an Uber. There was not enough space Then the building is not marked with exit to the lobby or elevators Book the hotel and it said free shuttle - when I called for shuttle front desk said we’re too busy tonight. There is no shuttle service — had to pay$ 25 for an Uber. So because of your shuttle, I spent $50 to and from the airport 2 1/2 miles away”

“Everything for our short stay was great. My only suggestion is management addressing what felt like a shortage with the shuttle services. Staff handled it well and were polite but overwhelmed and we luckily caught a shuttle an hour after our flight and not being able to reach the shuttle service line. We would have had to wait at least another hour if not or get a care service. The driver was super nice and friendly and again were the staff, it was a breeze to check in and out the next morning...

“Our room had numerous stains of a dark color throughout the room. We had a bad experience in the restaurant after check in. We were seated our order was taken, our drinks were brought then our server just disappeared. A different server brought our food which included the incorrect salad and missing spinach and artichoke appetizer. She took back the incorrect salad brought the correct which was less than pleasing taste wise. They finally brought the appetizer after we starting eating our ...
