I think it is still looking for its footing as a hotel/corporate conference training center for public, so being able to stay here feels like I have a 6 Sigma training with Neutron Jack at 8:AM.

“Very unique property. It's a big onsite property like a campus - and they have carved out a hotel area. Very new, well kept buildings and grounds. The location is actually on a long hiking trail with beautiful views. The room wasn't huge but very clean and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful. It's a great alternative to the chain hotels in Elmsford - a whole different vibe. Has the Hudson Valley character. ”

“I was a little bit skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews the hotel got in the past but I have to say it was clean. It was quiet. The staff were very pleasant and besides not having a pool I would go there again when I want to be in Zen mode and just do me and relax cuz it's definitely a good environment for that. I give him five stars”

"Soggiorno eccellente all’Arlo Midtown! Hotel moderno, pulito e in posizione perfetta per visitare Midtown Manhattan. Staff cordiale e disponibile, camere compatte ma ben organizzate. Fantastico il rooftop con vista sulla città. Ideale per chi vuole vivere New York al meglio!"
"Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima.
L’hotel è stupendo ed è dotato di ogni confort, tra cui lavanderia, palestra e sala caffè.
La vista dal terrazzo della nostra camera era incantevole, a destra avevamo il radio city e a sinistra la cattedrale di St Patrick.
La zona è servitissima, elegante e sicura a tutte le ore.
La camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni assieme al cambio delle asciugamani.
Il personale sempre cortese, gentile, sorridente e disponibile.
Una vacanza indimenticabile anche grazie a questo hotel che, come dice il suo nome, è davvero un vero gioiello.
Se torneremo a New York ritorneremo sicuramente in questo hotel. "

The room was spotless and felt brand new, featuring a private bathroom and a beautiful city view. It was quiet, well-maintained, and much larger than the average hotel room in New York. I really appreciated the fact that there was no carpet, which made it feel even cleaner and fresher.

"Sono arrivato e mi hanno dato una stanza dove il soffitto del bagno era carente nel vero senso della parola, non parliamo della pulizia. Mi sono fatto cambiare stanza, meglio ma non sicuramente all’altezza di un 4 stelle al massimo 2. Dopo 2 giorni di permanenza mi sveglio una mattina e non trovo l’acqua calda mi lamento e chiedo spiegazioni, premetto che il personale è stato gentilissimo, il direttore dovrebbe fare un corso intensivo da DIRETTORE, la sua risposta è stata a casa tua no. Si rompe mai nulla? Sono problemi tecnici capita. Penso sia abbastanza "
"Struttura collocata in un posto strategico. La metropolitana si trova appena sotto l’ingresso, proprio a Times Square. Bellissima e all’avanguardia, vista stupenda sulla piazza, servizi al top, cura per il cliente, al giusto prezzo per i canoni della città. Possibilità di ottima colazione, pranzo e cena, oltre che di deposito bagagli se si ha il volo in serata. 10 e Lode."
