“The front desk staff, was nice, but overworked. The room and bathroom were very unclean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and dust the room. The walls, door facing, floors had not been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The tub and shower walls were filthy. The staff was apologetic; but after scrubbing the tub and toilet to make a four-night stay bearable, I didn’t want the housekeeper in the room to do anything. This was the worst Hampton Inn I had ever experienced. I will...

“The staff was really nice and very helpful. Eventhough i was staying in a ''non smoke room'' the entire 3rd floor smelled and sometimes i could smell it in my room too, it was very unpleasant. The room only had 2 towels and there was 3 of us so i had to ask for an extra one, toilet paper as well. I also had to ask front desk for our room to be cleaned as we were already 3 days in and they hadn't come up to give us new trash bags or toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic but i enjoyed it, altough...
