“Clean rooms a little high priced”

“The front desk staff could be a bit more professional. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk and then when they realized I was standing there, I was ignored while they were talking in the back office. Breakfast was the usual minimal stuff. Oh well... you get what you paid for.”

“This was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever experienced. We arrived early for check-in, and Brian at the check-in desk was very helpful in allowing us to go to our room early. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very tasty. All in all an excellent experience!”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“My room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and handled everything very professionally. I always enjoy having breakfast in the morning. Great parking as well. I always like to park with a view of my vehicle from my room. I highly recommend the Holiday inn. I'm already planning my next stay with them next month.”

“I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the facility generally did a decent job. Rooms were clean, desk agent was pleasant and helpful. While I expected a pet fee, I thought it was high and concluded that after our experience, they didn't do much to earn it. Plus, it was not easy to determine whether the hotel was pet friendly on the Expedia site and there was no mention of a pet fee that I could find and I actively looked. (I found a pet policy on the hotel website but did not know what the fee was...
