“Room smelt like swimming pool. Breakfast was limited. Just wasn't great but it was cheap enough”

“It was fine for a couple of days, but not really great. The pool and fitness center were both closed. There are unhoused individuals who live in the back of the parking lot, and one was removed from the hotel during breakfast. The breakfast was pretty lackluster. So don’t go here thinking it’s anything special or if you plan to spend any real time at the hotel - but it’s fine for a place to sleep. It is at least in a good location with convenient access to the highway and restaurants/chain...

“Everything was very clean and tidy the staff were great friendly and attentive . The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when...

“Super close to downtown Blaine and the waterfront. Very quite for being close to the freeway. Staff was helpful and engaging. We would stay here again.”

“Balcony was ok but misleading as we were on the backside not ocean view Pool closed early for a summer night especially when its light out so late Dinner on the seaside patio was a highlight. Super expensive but amazing views and staff were nice. Portions were small”

“The rooms were clean but dark inside. Could have used brighter lamps or any overhead light in the main area of the room. The rooms seem a little worn and not that inviting. The price was appropriate for what was offered, and the view of the foothills was very nice. The room and surrounding areas were very quiet so it was easy to rest and sleep comfortably. The staff was nice but abrupt. I would stay there again. Thank you!”

“Hotel Leo is located right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The lobby is beautiful and elegantly furnished and we even found a little Sun deck. We’ll be back!”
