“I should have read reviews. We couldn’t get past the front door. It looks like this is truly a half way house. People are literally living here. Homeless and seedy looking people hanging outside the main entrance. We don’t even check in because it was truly gross.”

“We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding in Skaneateles and it worked out perfectly. The owners were very nice and you could tell they do want people to enjoy their stay in the area. Our room did get a little hot in the evening and I wish the pillows and beds were a bit more comfortable. The shower handle was a bit hard to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature. There is easy access to a small shopping mall area nearby for more chain-type restaurants but also be sure to check...

“Found a dead bed bug. Pool was unusable. AC didn't maintain temp. Parking lot not lit well. Restaurant closed. Appeared to be people living there. Not a safe feeling atmosphere.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew. “When my friend and I got there the man at the desk claimed he only had a king for us (although I already booked two queens) but I got him to admit he had the room He said the tv was broken but it wasn't he probably just wanted more money out of us Also had to give a one hundred dollar deposit "in case we broke something" hopefully I'll get that back within the 48 hours he said I would”

“The room I had was old looking . Very dark inside. The door was hard to close. With gaps along the door frame. The room had a funny smell and the bed spread was oddly sticky. I definitely didn't feel safe. I ended up leaving at 8:30 that night after my daytime plans. I canceled my night time plans and went home. This room is not worth 158.00.”
