Hotel vicino a Merit Health Madison - Canton

“The place is under construction and we were not told. It smelled like glue in the whole building from the flooring they were putting in and the front entrance was blocked with heavy machinery. We asked for a discount and they said since we booked through a third party website there was nothing they could do. I contacted the website (Expedia) and they called the hotel and the hotel refused to give a discount for major construction and the whole place being turned up side down. The staff said this...

“The place was a dump, the pool was disgusting, dirty water, couldn’t see the bottom and god knows what floating on the surface. It was just an awful stay.”

“A lot of broken things in my room. Bathroom not very clean and soap scum on soap holder. Very noisy on the third floor and tvs very loud. Bed sheets old and not a good fit on the bed!”

“We came down for a fishing tournament at Ross Barnett and had to park our boats and trailers on the property. The security on the premises seemed a little sketchy.”

“Our third trip to this property in the last year and we really enjoy our stays. Easy access to and from the interstate for a quick overnight rest. Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable with an excess of space to easily accommodate 3 people. Great breakfast! We will be back!”

“The property is in relatively good condition overall. The entrance, bar, Lounge and eating area is huge and very well done. They have an amazing breakfast with cook to order omelette station and much more. In my opinion, the room and bedding could you use a slight upgrade(if this is considered a top tier property). The location is fantastic with The Renaissance and Township shopping/dining areas within a mile. ”
