Hotel a Merna

“My stay was very brief, however everything, from the comfortable bed, and clean room, to the breakfast before leaving was wonderful. I also appreciated that they are pet friendly!”

“Tv's didn't work when we checked in. Took few hours to get them working then it kept going in and out. Worked fine in the morning. Coffee maker didnt work but they did replace it.parking was difficult making unloading luggage difficult. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be accommodating. ”

“Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. ”

“Our first night we were without power all night until 6am due to a storm that went over us. The second night was fine, until we were woken up by a fire alarm. There was old food in our room fridge. The bathtub was disgusting. We asked for extra towels at 3pm and we were told there is none, as house keeping just got there. We also had to ask for towels in the pool area as they were not stocked up. There was expired milk In the fridge for breakfast. I just overall am not impressed.”

“Decent hotel, no complaints”

“I had my dog 🐕 along. I had to put her in the car and drive next door to Cracker barrel to find grass for her. Outside area of hotel just old pavement ,dirty,and littered. Room not clean. Foreign objects on floor next to sink that I didn't want to touch. ”

“There was still stuff on the floor between the refrigerator and the wall so clearly the room hadnt been vacuumed. At breakfast there was no where to sit because all the tables were full and the tables were dirty. ”

“It is my opinion that the owners of this Motel take advantge of individuals who need an affordable place to stay. I encountered several issues. I hope this helps. 1- I needed to extend my stay. I was informed the next morning that should you need to extend your stay at this location, there is a mandatory fee that must be paid. “Bed mattress was lumpy Otherwise a good stay”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have the most unique breakfast we have ever seen. In addition to the regular waffle, cereal, yogurt, pastry fare, they also had breakfast burrito type eggs, macaroni and cheese, egg McMuffins, and hamburgers with toppings!!”

“The room was ok. It was clean. I'm not sure the bedding was changed on one of the beds. Nothing that would keep me away from staying again. The breakfast was not much. The coffee was ok. The hallways smelled musty. I had to pay extra when I got there, I guess an extra tax came out of nowhere, even though I prepaid. The area was nice. You can hear the road traffic some in the room. The staff were helpful and nice.”
