“This place is horrible. No carpet in the entry ways. The air conditioner barely worked. The sliding back door was so hard to open the handle broke off. Not well maintained at all. The coffee was stale and disgusting. Old coffee machine. Full of dust.”

“We were very satisfied with the room and amenities - excellent value. Two minor issues: the windows to the room do not open and there were no waffles available for breakfast until the delivery truck came at the end of the week. But I would give the hotel 10 out of 10.”

“The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The room was clean. They should say that the sauna and hot tub are broken and wont be repaired ant time soon. That was the main reason we chose this property. It was our honeymoon booked and prepaid for 4 days. The air conditioner was so loud i could hardly sleep. ”

“The desk lady was so nice & helpful, there wasnt any batteries in the remote so she brought us some & it still didnt work so we just didnt watch tv, that HUGE tub with jets was AMAZING.”

“Clean and comfortable room. Check-in was super easy as instruction were sent the day of arrival with a code for the door. Simple as that. A relaxing stay with a delicious breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. We enjoyed the deck and chairs on the back side of the room overlooking Branson. Great place to enjoy morning coffee and the views. ”

“It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. ”

“It was nice staying somewhere pet friendly. The hot tub was about the temperature a pool should be and not very clean. The pool was ice cold. Both we unusable. The breakfast was okay, we ended up eating someplace else all but one morning. Overall, I would not stay there again.”

“The heater/ac fan was fairly quiet. The LV flooring was very clean. Lots of hot water quickly available. Breakfast was plentiful with waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage & fluffy scrambled eggs. ”
