“This VRBO was clean, we appreciated that it came with onsite parking, and the property managers quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The property itself could use some small repairs, though nothing major. Despite having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not fully stocked for use. I contacted her the night of an hour and a half after check it only to learn that the unit was not ready and had to be put off For the first night the host offered a Venmo transaction reimbursement and that was about all. I asked for a late check out. The host asked me to leave a half an hour earlier than listed on the website if you were looking for hospitality...

“I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available”

“Overall our trip was wonderful and our stay at the condo was a perfect match. It is away from the crowds (but not too far if you like to walk!), has a fantastic view, and comes with a ton of mini perks like a stocked kitchenette, towels and linens, and beach chairs. The property seemed well maintained and the condo itself was tidy and clean! We are so happy to have booked this property, and Melissa is a great host with constant communication!”
