“Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections. Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. ”

“Minor issue with tv in first room given. Desk staff very helpful and quickly resolved it, moving us to a different room. ”

“Staff were very courteous. Food was very good. ”

“Overall best experience. The only one thing that did not satisfy me was the pool water. It requires more attention, like purification of the pool water.”
