We had one issue during our stay that was out of anyone’s control really, but the manager quickly took action and moved us to another room, which was even better than our original room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. We would have been okay without the vouchers as we were already happy with the room change but it was a nice touch and we greatly appreciated it.”

“Sweet spot on the mighty Merrimac river. Great location. Walk over the bridge to Newburyport. Stayed off season. Room was clean, nicely furnished. No staff onsite, that I was aware of. Code was emailed, and let ourself in.”
