“Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat...

“We stayed at this beautiful Merritt Island condo while my son and I were in town for the Space Coast Half Marathon and Marathon on 11/30/2025. The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!”

“We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. ”

“Very clean condo! Great location. Love that the unit has a washer and dryer. Kitchen with spices and the necessary cooking tools. Pool and hot tub were great. Excellent spot for family and pets. ”

“Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. ”

“Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. ”

“We had a wonderful experience and family vacay here. Condo was clean, great location. Could use a few more cooking utensils, hot pads, paper towels. We had to buy these to make a few meals. No ice maker make sure you buy a bag. I grew up here so I enjoyed being a local for a while. ”
