“Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. “We have been to this property many times (8), would recommend if your looking for clean, comfortable and value. We have tried many of the other properties w/o cutting anyone down, there a few that meet our needs for location, cleanliness and comfortable. ”

“The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars. ”

“Close to the strip but the room was not clean. The bathroom floors have not seen a mop with clean water and sanitizer in sometime. I would not walk barefoot anywhere in the room. The couch and window seats were old worn and stained. Would not recommend and will never stay there again. The breakfast is convenience food. Coffee creamer is powdered. ”

“It is a little dated but the room was clean. The lock on the door was broken but I travel with an extra lock anyway! Breakfast was good. It is a good place to stay for the money. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and you could save a ton of money on parking if you were going downtown. ”

“The national park was probably 15 or 20 minutes out depending on which area of the park you’d want to explore. My biggest issue with this property was the cold floors that was due to the doors not sealing properly , you could feel the cold draft ”

“Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

“Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...
