Hotel vicino a Metcalf Bottoms Trail - Gatlinburg

“This was the first time “Glamping” for my husband and third time for me. He loved it! The grounds were very well maintained. The tents were unique. The bed mattress was very comfortable!!”

“Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and I loved how close to town the Microtel is. The rooms are on the small size, but I think I really like the smaller rooms. ”

“I did not know about having to pay about parking in the hotel parking lot. I will never be back and will let everyone know about this and I was told they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle after you pay them for parking. Greed will get you no where. Just remember when you are gone you can not take it with you. Greed is a sin.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Motel carino in una bella zone, purtroppo però il bagno era datatissimo con doccia vecchia e nessun tappo per la vasca. Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. Piscina carina ma qualcuno dovrebbe ogni tanto togliere insetti”

“This Howard Johnson's is now run by Best Western, and seemed to be intertwined with at least one other hotel, and was a little confusing. Once we found we could park in the tiny lot in the back, where our room was, it was super easy to get in and out. Everything was clean and it's only a couple blocks to walk to town.”

“I took my kids to help me celebrate Mother’s Day. Friday night , I realized my comforter had a musty , body odor scent . The comforter was not clean AT ALL! I noticed the from desk , the only thing they did was come in and remade the bed. How I know ? I left the musty comforter in the closet and was left witout a comforter and only sheets. Even though I brought my own face towels , their face towels were as dingy …I was disgusted ! I definitely won’t re-book this hotel .”

“Disappointed with the property not upto the Hilton standards. Did not meet our expectations even though it was not very busy .Some staff need training in customer service and communication. Can not recommend this hotel.”
